    The room we had was really nice and tidy, and it came with a spacious balcony which was great. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Plus, the hotel is located on a hill, offering a lovely view. 🌄.

    Enjoyed a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Peaceful and excellent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. The staff members were all great and good.

    Reasonably spacious room, all in all had relaxing stay.

    The location was good, overlooking mountain. Also, Sita Devi Lake was 3 miles away. The restaurant was good with tasty food and complimentary breakfast here, I had freshly cooked dishes. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and terry bath robes in the bathroom...

    The resort is situated in the midst of tea plantations and offers beautiful views of the surroundings. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality. the resort offers a private pool for some rooms, which is a fantastic facility.

    The check-out time is quite early compared to some other hotels I have stayed at, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
